As your Health Coach/Credentialled Diabetes Educator , I provide comprehensive services to guide and help you feel the confidence and support you need to overcome your challenges. I am a Credentialled Diabetes Educator, Registered Nurse and program facilitator for The Life! program. I am a Mum of three and love being able to help people manage Diabetes and prevent chronic
disease.
